Return Policy

 

At Weaved Hair Extension co. we have unmatched quality of hair. All of our hair is ethically sourced with the cuticle intact. Our hair is 100% Real Remy Russian hair for any reason you need to return or exchange your hair, email us at weavedhairextensionco@gmail.com.

We will only return hair if it’s unopened and unused and not a custom length or color. Wefts must not be unwrapped or untied from package. 

Custom orders and lengths such as 26”-30” take about 2-3 weeks to arrive due to them being custom and designed/manufactured to order. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase. 
We are happy to exchange the wefts for hair of the same value. Returns are given with a 10% restocking fee. Items that have been used or opened are not eligible.

 

Color Matching:

Keep in mind that colors may vary, due to the different colors and textures of human hair donors and the process of manufacturing. If you are dissatisfied with the color of hair extensions you receive, please follow our Returns and Exchange policy above.

Processing Times:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders typically will ship 3-4 business days from the day the order was placed.

WEAVED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES, NOR FOR DELAYS IN SHIPPING ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. This includes holidays. We highly recommend opting in for the shipping insurance provided through Route to help protect against lost or stolen packages.
